  This is where Christopher Columbus set foot over 500 years ago: an untouched island with long white sand beaches lining the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. The beach slopes gently into shallow water, perfect for swimming, sunbathing and water sports.  The beachfront pool provides a shady respite from the sand and surf.  Visit the "La Pinta" beach bar for a cold tropical drink.

• OPTIONAL AIR PACKAGE FROM DC TO MIAMI:

• NOTE that we are offering a group airfare option separately because many of our members prefer to use their Frequent Flyer miles. Because Club Med's charter air flight to the Columbus Isle resort departs from Miami at 12:00 noon, it would require a very early flight from DC to arrive in time to connect to Club Med's charter flight (you must first claim your baggage). Our American Airlines flight will depart from Reagan National Airport (DCA) on Friday, November 8, and include a 1-night stay at the Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel located a few miles from the airport.

• Cancellation Fees:
  Through August 9, 2024, a $50 cancellation fee is assessed.
  After August 9, 2024, $50 plus all unrecoverable expenses if a replacement is not found.

  If sign-up is after August 1, full payment is due immediately.
