Apply for a new membership:

Memberships are available in 12-month increments:  12 months (1 year) or 36 months (3 years).  Your membership starts on the day your membership application is approved, after we receive your membership application and payment. You may submit payment online with a credit card or mail a payment check to the SCWDC office at 5309 Langston Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22207. If you submit a credit card payment, your membership will be recurring, and your renewal will be automatically processed using the same credit card information.   Prior to your membership renewal, you will receive an automated email notification and can choose to cancel the recurring payment. You can also cancel recurring renewal payments on your membership Profile at any time, or also update your credit card information. Your credit card information is not stored anywhere on the Club website.

NOTE THAT AN INITIATION FEE APPLIES TO NEW MEMBERSHIPS AND/OR TO RENEWAL OF AN EXPIRED MEMBERSHIP.  THE INITIATION FEE IS $10 FOR SINGLE MEMBERSHIPS AND $17 FOR FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS.  

Your Membership ID will be the email address submitted on your application form. Your email address (must be a valid address) will be used to send you automated notifications, announcements, and our weekly newsletter, the "Ski and Sports Gram". If your email changes, please update your membership profile accordingly. For Family memberships, we recommend that each adult member has a separate, valid email address.

You will receive a renewal notice one month before your membership expiration date.  For example, if you join as a Single member in June 2023, you will receive reminders in May 2024 and your membership will expire in June 2024 unless you renew.  One reminder is sent 14 days before your membership expiration, and again 7 days before member expiration date.   Once past your expiration date, the initiation fee applies.  

Renew your membership:

Your membership is very important to us.  Please read these directions to assist in your renewal process, and thank you for your SCWDC participation.  

To renew your Single membership online, log in using your email address and password of record, then click on your name (in the upper right hand corner) to access your Profile, as well as the Renewal button. 

To renew a Family membership online, only one family member is the Administrator, who is authorized to submit a renewal. After logging in, if your Profile does not show a Renewal button, another family member is the Administrator.

Changing a Family Membership to a Single Membership cannot be done online, as we need to confirm that the other family member(s) concur. Please contact the Club office at 703-532-7776 for assistance.  

To renew by mail, send a check made payable to SCWDC to the Club office at 5309 Langston Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22207.
