Your membership is very important to us. Please read these directions to assist in your renewal process and thank you for your SCWDC participation.
To renew your Single membership online, log in using your email address and password of record, then click on your name (in the upper right hand corner) to access your Profile, as well as a Renewal button.
To renew a Family membership online, only one family member is the Administrator, who authorized to submit a renewal.
After logging in, if your Profile does not show a Renewal button, another family member is the Administrator.
Changing a Family Membership to a Single Membership cannot be done online, as we need to confirm that the other family member(s) concur.
Please contact the office at 703-532-7776 for assistance. This is not unusual when a couple that used to ski together, one partner decides to stop and SCWDC family membership is no longer required.
To renew by mail, send a check made payable to SCWDC to the Club office at 5309 Lee Highway, Arlington, VA 22207. If you are a first-time applicant applying by mail, please complete, sign and include the SCWDC Membership Application Form.

Memberships are available in 12 month increments: 12 months (1 year) or 36 months (3 years). Your membership starts on the day we receive your membership application and payment. NOTE THAT A $10 INITIATION FEE APPLIES TO NEW MEMBERSHIPS AND/OR TO RENEWAL OF AN EXPIRED MEMBERSHIP.
Please note that for family memberships, the spouse, partner, and juniors (age 18 or younger) must reside at the same address.
You will receive a renewal notice one month before your membership expiration date. For example, if you join as a single member in June 2018, you will receive reminders in May 2019 and your membership will expire in June 2019 unless you renew. One reminder is sent 14 days before your membership expiration, and again 7 days before member expiration date. Once past your expiration date, the $10 initiation fee applies.
