To renew a Family membership, only one family member is the Administrator, authorized to submit a renewal. After logging in, if your Profile does not show a Renewal button, another family member is the Administrator.
Changing a Family Membership to a SIngle Membership cannot be done online, as we need to confirm that the other family member(s) concur. Please contact Member Services for assistance.To renew by mail, send a check made payable to SCWDC to the Club office at 5309 Lee Highway, Arlington, VA 22207. If you are a first-time applicant applying by mail, please complete, sign and include the SCWDC Membership Application Form.
Memberships are available in 12 month increments: 12 months (1 year) or 36 months (3 years) or 60 months (5 years). Your membership starts on the day we receive your membership application and payment.
Please note that for family memberships, the spouse, partner, juniors (age 18 or younger) must reside at the same address.
You will receive a renewal notice in the 12th month or 36th month, depending on your membership term. For example, if you join in June 2016, you will receive two reminders in May 2016 and your membership will expire in June 2016 unless you renew. One reminder is sent 14 days before your membership expiration, and again 7 days before member expiration date. Once past your expiration date, there is a two week "grace period" before your membership is archived.
