The C&O Canal Towpath is a 185 mile, motor-traffic-free bike trail from Washington DC to Cumberland, MD.

Join Jerry and Brigid for an 18 mile out-and-back ride from White's Ferry to Noland's Ferry.  Skinny road bike tires are NOT recommended for the C&O Canal Towpath.  Otherwise, most types of bicycles will work!  After the ride, we'll eat lunch at White's Ferry Grill.

Water, Snack, Sunscreen, Bug repellant, Cash, Phone, Spare Inner Tube and CO2  Cartridge, Bike Lock *Helmets are Required on all rides

Please ensure that your bike is in good working condition and your tires are properly inflated!
