This week's ride will begin and end at Daingerfield Island.  We will ride on the Mount Vernon Trail, cross over the GW Parkway, and ride in some lovely neighborhoods up to Fort Hunt Park.   We'll take a rest at Fort Hunt (bathrooms and water are available) and you can do loops around the park if you want additional mileage.  Lunch location TBD.

Park in North Parking Lot (first turn on the right)

RIDE START TIME 10:00AM - please arrive early if you'll need to use the restroom, put air in your tires, etc. 

DISTANCE: 20 miles 

TERRAIN:  Bike Trail & Neighborhood - mostly flat with one large hill

WHAT TO BRING:  Water, snacks, spare inner tube, CO2 cartridge, bike lock 

Helmets are mandatory on all rides

Please ensure that your bike is in good working condition and your tires are properly inflated.
