Program Highlights:

Ride the well kept biking paths of the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge, Assateague National Seashore and Eastern Shore Peninsula and learn about the area’s Saltwater Cowboys and wild ponies; visit Ker Place, a 200-year-old home built in the Federal style and visit the Wallops Island Navy and NASA facility to learn about dune ecology at a deserted and pristine beach restricted to the public.

NOTE: All RS bike rentals are hybrids with an angle bar. If you want to rent a step thru or other type of bike, contact a local bike rental place but you have to pick up and drop off the bike at the rental place. Click on the RS link below for information on bike shops with bike rentals.
