This ride will start on the Anacostia River Trail and go to Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens where you will get off our bike to meander on foot to enjoy the Water Lilies and Lotus Flowers blooming!  You'll then get back on the Anacostia Trail and head north to pick up the Northeast Branch of the Anacostia Tributary Trail to Lake Artemesia. After a spin around the lake, you'll take Piney Branch Trail west for a very short distance to join the Trolley Trail.  Rejoin the Anacostia River Trail system and follow the Anacostia River Trail back south to Bladensburg Waterfront Park.  Enjoy an optional lunch at Franklin's.

WHAT TO BRING:  Plenty of water, snacks, sunscreen, spare inner tube, bike lock Helmets are mandatory on every ride!  

Please ensure that your bike is in good working condition & your tires are properly inflated!
