Resort:
Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort is situated on the north side of Mammoth Mountain and sits at a high elevation that ensures better snow quality and provides visitors with sweeping views across the Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains. The top of the mountain is home to steep chutes and mogul runs combined with expansive bowls and glades. The resort is also has award-winning terrain parks that are internationally renowned.

Mountain:
Mammoth Mountain averages an impressive 400 inches of annual snowfall making for one of the longest ski seasons in the country.  This past winter of the resort was open from November into June! The ski resort truly is of mammoth proportions with more than 3,500 skiable acres to explore, a 3,100 ft. vertical drop and long runs. The mountain is great for all levels, with options ranging from expansive bowls, tree skiing, wide groomers, steep chutes, halfpipes and the world-class Unbound Terrain Parks.

New for the 2023-24 season will be new high-speed six pack lifts. In addition, Mammoth will initiate a multi-year upgrade at Woolly's Adventure Summit by re-orienting and lengthening the tube runs.

Skiers and riders have multiple terrain options to explore at Mammoth Mountain. An extensive lift system transports skiers to a great mix of terrain with 25% beginner, 40% intermediate and 35% advanced and expert trails.  Get more Mammoth Mountain info

Lodging:

The Juniper Springs Resort offers skiers one of the area’s best locations next to the Eagle Lodge ski lift, making it a ski-in/ski-out property. There's equipment rental on-site, free equipment storage, and lessons can be arranged for an extra charge. Other highlights include free shuttles into the Village, two pools, six whirlpools, fitness center, free covered parking, and coffee shop.  The 284 residential-style condos and townhouses are spacious and equipped with full kitchens and balconies offering great mountain views.

Trip Includes: 

• United Airlines IAD/SFO/Bishop/return thru DEN
• Ground transportation to/from resort 
• 7 nights at the Juniper Springs Hotel in 2-BR condos

• $100 resort credit for each registered guest to be used in any resort retail/on mountain restaurants

5-day lift ticket: add $404 (see options on registration form)
Single Supplement:  add $1,215 Trip Leader will advise availability
Ground Only w/o lift: $1475 available after group air minimums are met

Note: Trip prices are subject to change due to airline, resort, exchange rate (International trips) and other factors. We continue to work towards lower airline rates in the current market. Price increases or decreases will be reflected in the final invoice.

Cancellation Fees:
Through November 3, 2023, a $50 cancellation fee is assessed, including 3% credit card transaction fees on applicable payments. After November 3, $50 plus all unrecoverable expenses if a replacement is not found,

Payment Schedule (per person):
Advanced Payment is no longer activated. At this point, full payment is due upon registration. Please pay by credit card or if by check, mail payment check to SCWDC, 5309 Langston Blvd, Arlington, VA 22207.  Do NOT mail payment check to the trip leader.
