Join us in exploring the Sierra Nevada mountain resorts of Lake Tahoe, the largest alpine lake in North America. Ski the wonders of the highest of all Lake Tahoe resorts, Heavenly Valley. Feast your eyes on the glorious blue of Lake Tahoe from 10,067 feet. Heavenly has 4,800 skiable acres of California and Nevada territory. There are 97 runs covering 4,800 acres of skiable terrain, with 30 lifts, plus a 138-passenger, high-speed gondola available from town.

Harvey's Hotel and Casino Lake Tahoe
This hotel and casino in Stateline, Nevada offers live entertainment and various dining options. Heavenly Ski Resort is less than 10 minutes' walk away. Harveys Lake Tahoe features a 4,800 square yard casino with nonstop gaming excitement. After gambling in the casino, guests can go for a swim in the year-round, outdoor pool and enjoy the stunning views of the Sierra Mountains. Guests at Lake Tahoe Harvey's can enjoy the best entertainment in The Improv at Harvey's Cabaret. For on-site dining, guests can choose from a traditional steakhouse or one of Harvey's other 6 restaurants.

Lift Tickets:
Lift tickets for this trip are sold separately. As Vail Resorts, Heavenly and nearby Northstar and Kirkwood honor the Epic Pass, which is available for purchase from our tour operator, Encompasse Tours, LLC, or Epic Pass itself at epicpass.com. Skiers are strongly encouraged to purchase their Epic Passes at the time of registration to avoid further prices increases. For your consideration:

- Please read the terms and conditions of the pass product(s) you're considering carefully before buying. Your Epic Pass product, once purchased, is non-transferable and non-refundable. Please consider trip insurance to cover your Epic Pass cost.
- Epic Pass products are subject to future price increases until purchased. Buy early to lock in your price.
- Specialty passes, such as Military and College Passes, are only available from Epic Pass itself.
- 2023/24 Epic Pass sales will likely go off sale in early December 2023

Note: Trip prices are subject to change due to airline, resort, exchange rate (International trips) and other factors. We continue to work towards lower airline rates in the current market. Price increases or decreases will be reflected in the final invoice.
Cancellation Fees:
A $50 cancellation applies for any cancellations prior to October 6, 2023. Afterwards, the participant will also be responsible for any unrecoverable expenses, including 3% credit card transaction fees on applicable payments.
Payment Schedule (per person):
$500 deposit is due w/ registration. Remaining balance is due on October 6, 2023, and may be paid by credit card or check. Please mail payment check to SCWDC, 5309 Langston Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22207. Do NOT mail payment check to the trip leader.
