Resort:
Located in Bethel Maine, Sunday River features 131 trails spread across eight interconnected mountain peaks each offering a distinct experience. The resort is serviced by a network of 18 lifts including four high-speed quads ensuring easy access to every corner of the resort. Sunday River is served by an on-mountain trolley system and the Mountain Explorer shuttle giving you easy access to resort facilities as well as dining and entertainment venues in Bethel and on the access road.
Sunday River honors the IKON pass, which can be purchased through our friends at Winter Ski & Sport.
Lodging:
The Grand Summit Hotel is a landmark at Sunday River and provides easy access to the resort's core winter activities. The hotel's slopeside location makes it ideal for easy access to the ski trails. Accommodations include 230 well-appointed guest rooms ranging from standard hotel rooms to suites with kitchens.

4-day lift ticket: add $150
Single Supplement: add $421 (Trip Leader will advise availability)
Ground only: deduct $284 - available after group air minimums are met
Purchase your IKON Pass through our Tour Operator and receive a $50 rebate: Winter Ski & Sport.
Cancellation Fees:
After December 20, 2020, the standard $50 cancellation fee will be waived for any cancellations, but a participant will still be responsible for any unrecoverable expenses if a replacement is not found.
Payment Schedule (per person):
Advance Deposit of $250 will reserve your spot until December 20, 2020. This may be paid online by credit card, or by a check mailed to the the SCWDC office.
$547 plus any optional costs (including lift) is due on December 20, 2020 and may be paid online by credit card or by check, with final a payment of $284 due January 20, 2020.
Please mail payment checks to SCWDC, 5309 Lee Highway, Arlington, VA 22207. Do NOT mail payment checks to the trip leader. PYOT option is available!
Participants must be current SCWDC members or pay an additional $40 guest fee! This guest fee is almost as high as the cost of a membership!
