Located in British Columbia’s Thompson-Okanagan region, Sun Peaks is Canada’s second largest ski area.  This resort is a picturesque two hours from your arrival point of Kelowna BC.  Three mountains surround a European-style, ski-through village filled with quaint shops, cafés, and eateries.  Sun Peaks has an abundance of activities and events for both on and off the slopes, leaving you wishing only for more time at Canada's second largest ski area.

Mountain:
Deep steeps, long cruisers, glade zones, powder stashes, and corduroy groomers can all be found within 4,270 acres of skiable terrain.  Total vertical of 2,894 feet is spread across three mountains, 137 trails, 17 gladed areas, and 2 alpine bowls.  The trails are 10% novice, 58% intermediate, and 32% advanced.  See more mountain statistics.

Lodging:

SCWDC will be staying at the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel, a full service luxury hotel located at the village base and a short 100 yard walk to the Sundance Express lift.  Truly ski-in, ski-out convenience!  Property amenities include a health club, three outdoor hot tubs, heated outdoor swimming pool, two massage rooms, sauna, and a well-equipped gym.

• Air Canada roundtrip air from DCA to/from Kelowna airport    
• Ground transportation to/from resort and Kelowna airport
• 7 nights at the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel in double occupancy rooms
• Secure ski storage
• Outdoor heated pool and hot tub

Base Price:  $1,944* (does not include optional costs such as lift tickets)
5-day lift ticket: add $246 (see other options on registration form)
Single Supplement:  add $750 ($2,694) - Trip Leader will advise availability
Ground Only:  deduct $1,040 ($904) - available after group air minimums are met

Cancellation Fees:
Through December 10, 2019, a $50 cancellation fee is assessed. After December 10, 2019, $50 plus all unrecoverable expenses if a replacement is not found.

Remaining balance: of $1444 (plus optional costs) is due on November 10, may be paid by credit card or check.
