  Cancellation Fees:
  Through December 25, 2025, a $50 cancellation fee applies. After December 25, unrecoverable expenses and credit card transaction fees will apply if a replacement is not found.
  
  Payment Schedule (per person):
  $500 deposit due w/ registration. If sign-up is after December 25, 2025, full payment is due immediately. The single supplement fee will be added to the invoice.
