Resort:
Spend a week with us at the legendary ski paradise that is Taos Ski Valley. Situated in the Sangre de Cristo mountains of New Mexico, the area is completely bounded by the pristine Carson National Forest. The European atmosphere and architecture of the resort is due to the ski area's European pioneers, and an amalgamation of German, French, Austrian and Swiss residents and employees combined with the local Native American and Spanish cultures. Don't forget a visit to the historic town of Taos a short 30-minute ride away featuring boutiques shopping and a plethora of world class restaurants many featuring Southwestern cuisine.

Mountain:
Founded by Ski School Director Ernie Blake, Taos is one of the very few family-owned and operated ski areas in the U.S. It offers a rare combination of high altitude (9000' base), high snowfall (over 300" annually, mostly dry powder), and sunshine (300+ days a year). The resort rarely has any lift lines and boasts the top-rated Ski School in North America. The mountain is cozy, with 2,600 ft vertical, 1,300 skiable acres of terrain, 110 trails, and 13 lifts. Terrain is almost evenly split between beginner/intermediate (49%) and advanced/expert (51%). Taos Ski Valley honors the IKON ski pass, which can be purchased through our friends at SKI.COM.

Lodging:
We''ll be staying at the Inn at Snakedance condos, located adjacent to the main lift in 2-bedroom units. According to Ski Magazine, "Taos remains one of the great purists'' resorts of North America, and features some of the best high-altitude free-skiing anywhere". - American Airlines, Reagan National (DCA) to Albuquerque, NM (ABQ) via Dallas (DFW)/Return ABQ to DCA via Chicago (ORD)
- Ground transportation to and from the airport and lodging, including grocery stop
- Seven nights lodging at the Inn at Snakedance in 2-BR condos, ski lockers
- Welcome Wine & Cheese party
- Group dinner at General Manager's house
- 6 Days of "Guided Instruction" for all ability levels
- Complimentary fleece ski vest for each participant
Base Cost: $2,755 (lift tickets not included - IKON Pass destination)
- Single Supplement: add $1,017 - Trip Leader will advise availability
- Ground Only: deduct $608 - available after group air minimums are met
Note: Trip prices are subject to change due to airline, resort, exchange rate (International trips) and other factors. We continue to work towards lower airline rates in the current market. Price increases or decreases will be reflected in the final invoice.

IKON Pass are available for purchase from our tour operator (ski.com), or IKON Pass. For your consideration:
- Please read the terms and conditions of the pass product(s) you're considering carefully before buying including blackout dates on the Base Pass. Your Ikon Pass product, once purchased, is non-transferable and non-refundable. Please consider trip insurance to cover your Ikon Pass cost.
- Ikon Pass products are subject to future price increases until purchased. Buy early to lock in your price.
- Special passes for Nurses, Military, and College students must be purchased directly from Ikon.
- Group lift tickets for non-IKON Pass holders, available upon request to trip leader (and when 2023 rates are released)
Cancellation Fees:
A $50 cancellation applies for any cancellations prior to 11/04/22. Afterwards, the participant will also be responsible for any unrecoverable expenses, including 3% credit card transaction fees on applicable payments.
Payment Schedule (per person):
$500 deposit is due w/ registration. Remaining balance is due on January 3, 2023, and may be paid by credit card or check. You may also pay in three equal monthly installments (by check only, not by credit card):
11/04/2022: One-third of the balance
12/04/2022: Second third of the balance
01/03/2023: Remaining balance
