NOTE: This is an International trip, so a passport is required and must have 6 months remaining until the expiration date. American citizens do not require a Visa to enter Canada. Citizens of other nations should check with the Canadian Embassy to determine whether they require a Visa or not.

Mountain:
Sunshine Village, Lake Louise, and Mt. Norquay combine to boast a massive 7,748 acres of accessible skiing. 26 lifts transport you to the action with over 360 inches of dry, light, rocky mountain snow annually. The skiing ranges from gentle beginner runs, to rolling blue runs, all the way to extreme off-piste skiing. 

Lodging:

SCWDC will be staying at The Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa, a short walk to the center of town. Rooms have a rustic elegance with either a king, two queens or two full beds and include coffee pot, tea kettle, mini-fridge, free WiFi, plus the usual amenities. Breakfast is included. Property amenities include a hot pool, sauna, fitness room, a restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a full-service spa. A shuttle stop directly in front of the hotel will wisp you to and from the mountain of your choice each day.

Base Price:  $1,410* (does not include lift tickets)
5-day lift ticket: add $485 ($385 65+)  book by October 31, (see other options on registration form, lift tickets must be purchased by October 31 and are non-refundable. After October 31, prices for adult lift tickets increase to $115 per day x # of days)
Single Supplement:  add $525 ($1935) - Trip Leader will advise availability
Ground Only:  deduct $634 ($776) - available after group air minimums are met

Note: Trip prices are subject to change due to airline, resort, exchange rate (International trips) and other factors. We continue to work towards lower airline rates in the current market. Price increases or decreases will be reflected in the final invoice.

IKON Pass:
The Big 3 (Lake Louise, Sunshine, and Mt. Norquay) honors 5 days with the Base Pass and 7 days with the full pass. Multi-Resort Unlimited Ski/Snowboard Season Pass | Ikon Pass which is available for purchase from our tour operator Ikon and Epic Passes (ski.com),  or Ikon Pass.  For your consideration:

• Please read the terms and conditions of the pass product(s) you're considering carefully before buying including blackout dates on the Base Pass.  Your Ikon Pass product, once purchased, is non-transferable and non-refundable.  Please consider trip insurance to cover your Ikon Pass cost.
• Ikon Pass products are subject to future price increases until purchased.  Buy early to lock in your price.
• Special passes for Nurses, Military, and College students must be purchased directly from Ikon.

Cancellation Fees:
A $50 cancellation applies for any cancellations prior to 10/07/22.  Afterwards, the participant will also be responsible for any unrecoverable expenses, including 3% credit card transaction fees on applicable payments.
