• American Airlines - National Airport to Salt Lake City via Dallas/Fort Worth
  
• American Airlines - Salt Lake City to National Airport via Chicago
  
• Ground transportation to and from the airport and resort
• Seven nights at the Park City Peaks Hotel
• Daily ski shuttle service to Park City and Deer Valley.
• Welcome orientation reception w/ cheese tasting 
• Daily hot & cold breakfast buffet

Base Price:  $1,480 (does not include lift tickets)
Single Supplement:  add $914 ($2,394) - Trip Leader will advise availability
Ground Only:  deduct $465 ($1,015) - available after group air minimums are met.

Note: Trip prices are subject to change due to airline, resort, and other factors. We continue to work towards lower airline rates in the current market. Price increases or decreases will be reflected in the final invoice.

Cancellation Fees: A $50 cancellation applies for any cancellations prior to 09/24/21.  Afterwards, the participant will also be responsible for any unrecoverable expenses, including 3% credit card transaction fees on applicable payments.

  • Epic Pass products are subject to future price increases until purchased.  Buy early to lock in your price.
  • Specialty passes, such as Military and College Passes, are only available from Epic Pass itself.
• For Deer Valley Resort, IKON Pass are available for purchase from our tour operator (ski.com),  or IKON Pass.  For your consideration:
• • Please read the terms and conditions of the pass product(s) you're considering carefully before buying including blackout dates on the Base Pass.  Your Ikon Pass product, once purchased, is non-transferable and non-refundable.  Please consider trip insurance to cover your Ikon Pass cost.

  • Special passes for Nurses, Military, and College students must be purchased directly from Ikon.

• Note, our Tour Operator ski.com, sell both Epic and IKON Passes.
• Group lift tickets for non- Epic  or non-IKON Pass holders, check with trip leader for available (2023 rates have not been released)

Payment Schedule: (per person):
$500 deposit is due w/ registration. Remaining balance is due on September 23, 2022, and may be paid by credit card or check.  You may also pay in three equal monthly installments (by check only, not by credit card): 

09/23/2022:  One-third of the balance
10/23/2022:  Second third of the balance
11/22/2022:  Remaining balance
