MEMBERSHIP MEETING 

Date & Time: Tuesday, March 30, 2021.  7:00 PM 

Due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the annual Election Meeting will be conducted virtually, using "Zoom" teleconference technology.  The link to the virtual meeting will be provided when ballots are sent to SCWDC members.

In order to enable speeches by the candidates prior to commencement of electronic voting, there will be an earlier online membership meeting on Tuesday, March 30.  Proposed changes to the Club's Bylaws and Rules of Procedure will also be discussed.

Biographical statements for the candidates are available in the Club magazine, which was posted on the SCWDC website on March 1.  They are also available for viewing on the 2021 Election page of the Club website.  

Electronic voting will be enabled on April 1.  Those members who do not wish to vote electronically may contact the Club office to request an Absentee Ballot, which must be returned to the Club office no later than April 8, 2021. Members who wish to vote in person can do so at the Club office from April 1 to April 8, but must call ahead to ensure that the Office Manager will be present to register their vote. 

Expired members are not eligible to vote, so please ensure that your Club membership is up to date.
