ANNUAL ELECTION MEETING 

Date & Time: Thursday, April 2, 2020.  6:00 PM 

Location:  SCWDC office, 5309 Lee Highway, Arlington, VA 22207

In accordance with the recent "Stay at Home" guidance from Governor Northram, tonight's annual Election Meeting will be conducted virtually, using teleconference technology.   

Since the election of President and Directors is not contested, there will not be any speeches by the candidates. There are also no proposed changes to the Club's Bylaws or Rules of Procedure.

Biographical statements for the candidates are available in the Club magazine, which was posted on the SCWDC website on March 1.  They are also available for viewing on the 2020 SCWDC Election page of the Club website.  

Electronic voting was disabled at midnight on April 1.  Members who wish to vote in person may do so at the Club office on April 2 between 6 PM and 7 PM, but will not be allowed inside the office.  Ballot forms will be available outside the office doors, and after completed and signed, may be submitted via the mail slot.  All paper ballots will be counted and included in the final election vote tally.

Expired members are not eligible to vote, so please ensure that your membership is up to date.
