- Round-trip air from IAD (Dulles International) to Portland, Maine on United Airlines
- Ground transportation to and from the airport and lodging
- Five nights lodging at the Grand Summit Hotel
- Six day lift pass, with one ski lesson included

Participants must be current SCWDC members, or members of a BRSC affiliated ski club (contact trip leader for BRSC registration code).

Through November 1, 2017, a $45 cancellation fee is assessed
After November 1, 2017, $45 plus all unrecoverable expenses if a replacement is not found.
