3 NIGHTS IN a LODGE ROOM OR 3-NIGHTS IN A classic cabin

100% genuine West Virginia snow!! Great XC skiing, downhill skiing/boarding, hiking and participation in the Club's celebration of it's 90th anniversary at the Snow Sports Museum of West Virginia will make this weekend unforgettable.

Participants will stay in either king or queen rooms at the well-appointed resort lodge or in one the Resort's rustic Classic 4-bedroom; two-bathroom Cabins. The lodge features an indoor heated pool and Fitness Center. The trip leader is not allowed to offer additional nights at the resort. Contact the resort directly if you wish to arrive early or extend your stay.

Included in base trip price:

3-night stay in Lodge Rooms or a 4-Bedroom Classic Cabin

Friday Evening Welcome Reception at the Cabin

Transportation to/from the resort and mountains, lift tickets, trail fees, ski/board rentals, meals, and any other items not listed above are not included in the trip price.

A $40 or $45 (depending on price) cancellation fee applies for any cancellations; plus any unrecoverable expenses, including 3% credit card transaction fees.

Payment (per person):
Payment in full is due at time of registration. Participants must be current SCWDC members or pay an additional $40 guest fee! This guest fee is higher than the annual cost of a membership!
