O.A.T. Cancellation Policy

• 90 days prior to departure or more: $500 per person. Trip price paid refund less purchased Travel Protection Plan from O.A.T.
• 89-60 days: 40% of your trip price paid
• 59-30 days: 65% of your trip price paid
• 29 days–day of departure: 100% of your trip price paid

Emergency medical, evacuation & repatriation insurance (not cancellation insurance) is required by O.A.T. for this trip.  See O.A.T. policy updates.  You may consider purchasing the cancellation insurance directly from O.A.T.   Another option is to email Travel Protector owner Myra Alschuler myra@travelprotectors.com or call 703-443-9055.  SCWDC group trip insurance is approximately $75 pp.  (This is not cancellation coverage rate.) Note: Any cancel for any reason coverage you purchase from Travel Protector must be finalized within 14 days from when you pay your first trip deposit.  You may also buy trip insurance from other travel insurance providers.
