• Provide our group code G6-29494 to O.A.T. booking agent. Otherwise, you might end up on a different group trip.
• Tell the booking agent that you want to sign up for Safari Serengeti: Tanzania Lodge & Tented Safari for October 9 - 22, 2026 departure date with Ski Club of Washington DC. Let booking agent know if you also want to reserve pre-trip to Kenya's Masai Mara and if you want our group airfare.

• Pay $500 deposit per person for this adventure.

O.A.T. Cancellation Policy

• 90 days prior to departure or more: Trip Price refund less purchased Travel Protection Plan from O.A.T.
• 89-60 days: 10% of your Trip Price or $300 - whichever is greater
• 59-30 days: 65% of your Trip Price
  
• 29 days–departure: 100% of your Trip Price

Trip Insurance

Emergency medical, evacuation & repatriation insurance (not cancellation insurance) is required for this trip.  Email Travel Protector owner Myra Alschuler myra@travelprotectors.com or call 703-443-9055 to purchase SCWDC group trip insurance at $60 pp.  (This is not cancellation coverage rate.)  You may consider purchasing the cancellation insurance.
Note: Any cancel for any reason coverage you purchase from Travel Protector must be finalized within 14 days from when you pay your first trip deposit. You may also buy trip insurance from O.A.T. or other insurance providers.
