This SPE (Ski/Snowboard Performance Enhancement) Weekend includes three days of skiing and/or boarding. By popular demand, there is again a two- night option available for those who want to ski/board only on Saturday and Sunday. All participants will receive two half-day small group lessons at Canaan Valley Resort with the Club's ski school volunteers. Our PSIA/AASI certified instructors will help you achieve your goals, whether you have never skied before or are an expert looking to refine your technique. Ski School instructors are volunteers, so gratuities are graciously accepted. Three-night participants will ski/board at the uncrowded Timberline on Monday. Participants who are 70 and older receive a free lift ticket at Canaan Valley!  

Participants will stay in spacious 4-bedroom deluxe Cottages at the Canaan Valley Resort and Conference Center.  A limited number of hotel rooms are available at the lodge. The lodge features an indoor heated pool, whirlpool, Sauna and Fitness Center. Included in trip price:

$190surcharge for three nights or $128 for 2 nights 

Cancellation Fees:
A $40 cancellation applies for any cancellations prior to 11/19/2023.   Participants who cancel after 11/22/22 will also be responsible for any unrecoverable expenses, including 3% credit card transaction fees on applicable payments. 

Payment (per person):
$75 deposit is due with registration. Remaining balance is due on 11/19/2023 and may be paid online by credit card, or by mailing a check.

Participants must be current SCWDC members or pay an additional $40 guest fee! This guest fee is higher than the annual cost of a membership!
