Join us at the birthplace of destination skiing! There is magic in the air and rarely a cloud in the sky up here on Bald Mountain. Sun Valley, nestled in the Wood River Valley of the Sawtooth Mountains Recreational Area, has an abundance of constant-pitch terrain, substantial vertical drop, an absence of wind, and short lift lines. Sun Valley offers skiers of any ability something special at every turn. Sun Valley honors the EPIC season pass.

Mountain:
Sun Valley is situated across two mountains; Bald Mountain and Dollar Mountain. "Baldy" offers expert skiers and snowboarders a variety of challenging bowls and glades off the peak, while Dollar Mountain is a beginner's dream with gentle, perfectly groomed slopes.

Bald Mountain terrain spans 2,000+ acres with challenging bowls, glades as well as, gentle groomed runs. Trails are rated 36% Beginner, 42% Intermediate, 20% Advanced and 2% Expert. Sun Valley is serviced by a modern lift infrastructure and a well designed trail system.  With a vertical drop of 3,400’ and 121 runs in total, the longest being three miles, there is something here for every skier and any ability.

Lodging:

SCWDC will be staying at the Limelight Hotel, a modern facility right on Main Street in downtown Ketchum walking distance from dinning, night life, shopping, grocery stores and so much more. Property amenities include outdoor heated pool & hot tubs, fitness center, Restaurant, Après Ski Bar/Lounge with live music, daily breakfast, and a free shuttle around town and to the Roundhouse Express Gondola at River Run (a 5 minute ride), as well as on-site ski rentals.

Lift Tickets:

• 4 of 6 day lift ticket: add $378
• 5 of 7 day lift ticket: add $462
• 6 of 8 day lift ticket: add $548

Single Supplement:  add $1,133 - Trip Leader will advise availability

Cancellation Fees:  A $50 cancellation applies for any cancellations prior to 11/12/21.  Afterwards, the participant will also be responsible for any unrecoverable expenses, including 3% credit card transaction fees on applicable payments.

Remaining balance: due on November 12, may be paid by credit card or check.  
You may also pay in three monthly installments (by check only, not by credit card): 

11/12/2021:  One-third of the balance
12/12/2021:  Second third of the balance
01/11/2022:  Remaining balance
