Resort:
From the legendary terrain, charming old world village, Apres' Ski, nightlife, dining, and shopping, Vail has it all. There is something for everyone beginner, intermediate, expert, and the non-skier alike. A perennial favorite, this trip sells out each and every year. If you haven’t skied Vail yet, this is definitely the trip for you. A week is hardly enough to experience it all, you will definitely want to return.
The Vail Village is a charming and diverse, alpine-style pedestrian village whose twin centers are seamlessly linked with swift, free buses. Nightlife abounds with music, fun, and 110 restaurants and bars for all tastes. The village also features dozens of shops, boutiques, and galleries. Vail honors the EPIC season pass.
Mountain:
Vail’s epic 5,289 skiable acres makes it one of the largest ski resorts in the world with terrain for all abilities. The Front Side has green, blue and black runs from almost every lift making the mountain accessible for novices, intermediates, and advanced skiers and boarders. The Back Bowls and Blue Sky Basin will keep advanced and expert skiers and boarders entertained for days. Impeccable grooming, almost all green and blue runs are groomed every night keeping the runs in pristine condition but leaving some bumps and gnarly conditions for those up to the challenge, skiing Vail is truly like no mountain you’ve experienced before. Lodging:
SCWDC will be staying in well-appointed two bedroom/two bath and three bedroom/three bath condos. Vail Spa Condos is conveniently located in Lionshead Village, a short walk to the Eagle Bahn. Each condo has a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, in unit laundry, with daily maid service. Dine in or dine out its your choice. Property amenities include in-door and out-door heated pools and hot tubs great to relax after a long day of skiing. If you didn’t get enough exercise or are on a non-ski vacation, there is a fitness center, saunas, and locker rooms. Your stay also includes complimentary ski or board storage an even shorter walk to the Eagle Bahn.

Due to Covid limitations at Vail participants will need to purchase an Epic Pass and then make reservations. Epic passes come in a variety of forms including a 5-day or 6 day pass if this is the only trip to an Epic resort you will take. Also, the 18th is MLK Day Holiday. It should be noted that Whitetail, Liberty, and Roundtop are Epic Resorts. Please read the fine print carefully before purchasing.
Single Supplement: add $1,276 - Trip Leader will advise availability Ground Only: deduct $224 - available after group air minimums are met

After October 10, 2020, the standard $50 cancellation fee will be waived for any cancellations, but a participant will still be responsible for any unrecoverable expenses if a replacement is not found.

Remaining balance: due on October 10, 2020 may be paid by credit card or check.
You may also pay in three monthly installments (by check only, not by credit card):
09/18/2020: One-third of the balance
10/18/2020: Second third of the balance
11/17/2020: Remaining balance
