In Chinatown, stroll through the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden, an authentic representation of the Ming Dynasty garden tradition. Head to Gastown, a historic neighborhood dating back to 1867, and then browse Granville Island Public Market’s fascinating stalls. Afterward, transfer to your ship. (B)
