Chasing Coral - The Movie

On Thursday, Aug 26 from 6 - 8:30 PM at the Glory Days Party Room  we will offer an updated presentation (not the movie itself, see note below) on the award winning movie, Chasing Coral.   Our speaker is NOAA scientist and Sammie winner, Mark Everson, who produced the movie in 2017.  The room is large and can hold over 60 people easily and is equipped with tables and chairs.  Food and drink can be ordered on separate checks. 

This event is sponsored by the Ski and Scuba Clubs of Washington DC.  We encourage all participants to watch the movie Chasing Coral in advance and our speaker will update us on the condition of coral around the world.  As an in person event with excellent graphics this will have a strong impact.  Especially now that even our Washington DC area is experiencing a triple digit heat wave.
