  Join us for a mid-week golf trip to Ocean City. We are staying 3-nights, (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and playing 2 or 3 days of golf. We will be staying at the Commander Hotel and Suites, 1401 Atlantic Avenue, Ocean City, MD, 21842. There are kitchens in every room. We will be able to enjoy the ocean views, and the hotel is located a half block from the Ocean City Boardwalk. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are all nearby. 

  Everyone staying 3 nights and playing 3 rounds of golf will be playing Baywood Greens on Tuesday, Sept. 17 beginning at 12:10 pm. We will all be playing Rum Pointe Seaside Golf Links on Sept. 18 from 12:26 to 12:42 pm. The last group will begin play at 1:30 pm.  Rum Pointe has become Ocean City’s must-play new golf course. As one of Maryland’s premier golf venues, this Scottish-style Links golf course is the only course in this area to feature bent grass on the Fairways and Greens. Also, 17 of the 18 holes have a bay view and you can start your ball over the water to shorten the hole. This course from the middle tees is forgiving enough to satisfy golfers of all skill levels. 

  On Thursday, Sept.19th, we will all be playing The Links at Lighthouse Sound beginning at 12:30 pm.  Lighthouse sound offers a great variety in terms of visual excitement and strategy. Ten holes border the pristine marshlands found within the site while the other holes are framed with mature hardwoods. We need participants to sign up as soon as possible to reserve our hotel and tee times.  

  Cancellation Policy - A $50 cancellation applies for any cancellations before August 17, 2024. No refunds after August 17, 2024, unless a replacement is found.

  *The golf package rate is per person and includes 2-night stay in the Lodge (double occupancy) and 3 days of golfing at their Robert Trent Jones golf course.

  *The golf package rate does NOT include golf cart ($20/day) or range balls ($5), so golfers should consider this additional, up-to $75 expense.

  Join us for a weekend of golf at Cacapon Resort State Park boasting an eighteen-hole Robert Trent Jones designed course located within 20 minutes of Berkeley Springs and a mere 2 hours from DC. The trip includes 3 days of play at the course which offers 6,827 yards of golf for a par of 72. The course rating is 72.6 with a slope rating of 126. We’ll be staying at the newest lodge in the West Virginia State Parks system, Cacapon Resort’s 120-room luxury lodge sits at the foot of Cacapon Mountain. With indoor and outdoor dining, a spa, indoor swimming pool and hot tub, fitness center and a view of the park’s golf course, it is the perfect place for adventurers to wind down. The lodge offers a relaxed setting complete with a lounge, TV, board games, fireplace, and cozy furniture. Additionally, the state park offers horseback riding and a wobble clay shooting range and is located only 20 minutes from 2 hike/bike trails located in Hancock, MD – the C&O Canal Towpath and Western Maryland Rail Trail.
